This privacy policy applies to this website (adoniacyprus.com) and to lead forms we operate on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram, so-called Instant Forms).

2. What data we process

• Enquiry data: name, email address, phone number, and the answers you provide in our forms (for example your property interest or an approximate budget range).
• Website data: when you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) in server logs to deliver the site securely.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your enquiry data to contact you and to handle your property enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where you have given consent). We use technical website data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Meta Instant Forms

If you submit your details through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) transmits the data you entered to us. For the processing of your data within Facebook and Instagram, Meta is responsible; details can be found in Meta's privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. Once we receive your data, we process it as described in this policy.

5. Recipients and processors

• Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery and hosting of this website).
• Email: Resend (sending transactional emails relating to your enquiry, EU region).
• We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Where service providers process data outside the EU/EEA, this takes place on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Storage period

We store enquiry data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and delete it afterwards unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
